Atiqah Syafiqah & Associates (formerly known as Syafiqah Razak & Co) is a bumiputra firm, located at No. 559-A, Jalan Samudera Timur 1, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor. The lawyers of the firm are dedicated in providing high quality legal services at reasonable and negotiable fees.
The lawyers are capable of handling a variety of legal issues, but is specialised enough to cater the necessary level of expertise. We understand each client's situation requires individual attention and solutions. Our goal is to solve each client's problem using our diverse legal skills.

Syafiqah Binti Abdul Razak is a partner in Atiqah Syafiqah & Associates. She has a wide exposure in conveyancing, shariah matters as well as litigation matters. She strives to her very best to satisfy her client's needs and possess good skills in mediation and negotiation.
Syafiqah Binti Abdul Razak was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya on the 5th June 2013 and being a graduate from International Islamic University of Malaysia. She pursue her study at International Islamic University of Malaysia for her Master in Comparative Law on September 2013 and graduated in October 2015. Her dissertation is on “A Sociolegal Study of Marriage Without Guardian (wali) in Selangor and Federal Territory”. She is well versed in Islamic Family Law. She just completed her Diploma in Shariah & Practice at UITM Shah Alam.
With an excellent background of academic qualification obtained from the International Islamic University of Malaysia, she applies her legal skills in many areas covering the scope of litigation & Non- litigation.
Ms. Syafiqah Binti Abdul Razak handles the litigation and non-litigation matters of the firm and ensures that all parties are satisfied with the transactions made.
Apart from that, she also had presented paper in International Conference:
1) Presenter for 4th International Conference on Law & Society on 10-11 May 2015 at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin Terengganu.
2) Presenter for 1st World Islamic Social Science Congress (WISSC 2015) at PICC, Putrajaya.
Apart from the above, she is also very much involved with other NGO’s and does charity and voluntary work to help the needy and to educate the Malaysian society. She also one of the Malaysia Against Pornography activist & speaker.

Atiqah Binti Abdul Razak is a partner in Atiqah Syafiqah & Associates. She has a wide exposure in conveyancing, banking matters as well as in Shariah matters . She strives to her very best to satisfy her client's needs and possess good skills in mediation and negotiation. She graduated and obtain her LLB (Hons) from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM)
Atiqah Binti Abdul Razak was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya after finished her pupillage under the chambers of Messrs Nasir Hafiz Nazri & Co. Her career begin as Legal Assistant at Messrs . Lokman Reena & Co starting from 05th July 2013 and specialized as Conveyancing lawyer. During her employment, she also pursue her study at International Islamic University of Malaysia for her Master in Comparative Law. Later, she further enriches her legal studies by obtaining Diploma in Shariah & Practice at UITM Shah Alam.
With an excellent background of academic qualification obtained from the International Islamic University of Malaysia, she applies her legal skills in many areas covering the scope of conveyancing matters, Shariah matters and serve her best as practitioner.
Apart from the above, she is also very much involved with other NGOs and does charity and voluntary work to help the needy and to educate the Malaysian society.
