SYARIAH MATTERS
As for Syariah matters, the firm's lawyers are capable of handling matters arising out of family disputes, matrimonial matters such as nikah, ruju', talaq, fasakh, taqliq, khulu' hadanah (custody) and other matters related thereto, preparation of will, will disputes and stand as a defence counsel for Syariah criminal offences. We also provide counselling for syariah matters cases.
LITIGATION
Litigation work constitutes approximately fifty percent (50%) of the firm's practice. We provide a comprehensive range of services including the initiation of legal actions, defences, dispute resolution and settlement other than by way of litigation with legal research support.
NON - LITIGATION
The other fifty percent or some of the Firm's practice involves what can broadly be described as non-litigation. The Partners are capable of handling all kinds of advisory and documentation work including, the making of applications to relevant government and quasi-governmental authorities. The firm's areas of practice includes the structuring of joint-ventures, security documentation, conveyancing, contract drafting, reviews, negotiations, advising, and giving legal opinions relating to the foregoing and such other areas that may be required by the Malaysian law.
Our represent clients in hearings, trials and appeals in the Subordinate Courts, High Courts, Appeal Courts and Federal Courts as well as the Industrial Court. We also provide successful negotiation, mediation and arbitration of settlement to secure the appropriate result to the satisfaction of all parties. CRIMINAL DEFENCE
Our lawyers defend persons accused of various types of criminal offences. This includes quasi criminal offences as well as traffic violation. We are able to represent our clients from the initial stage of arrest up till the stage of appeal at the Appellate and Federal Court.
